Regional Vice President, Americas
You'll serve as the strategic customer partner and single point of accountability for revenue, retention, and expansion across Enterprise accounts in the North American territory — driving new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal with global fashion brands, retailers, and manufacturers on the Browzwear platform.
This role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience who is ready to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals, build deep relationships across customer organizations, and command trust at the C-suite level.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own complete responsibility for all Enterprise customers and prospects within the North American territory — new logo development, expansion, renewal, and retention — partnering with a peer RVP who owns Mid-Market and Smaller accounts in the same territory.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts, articulating customer business drivers, success criteria, Browzwear fit, and multi-year expansion opportunities.
- Identify prospecting strategy for whitespace and under-monetized accounts, and build account stratification to prioritize high-value, high-growth, and at-risk accounts.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations across multiple stakeholders (technical designers, VP of Product Development, Design Operations, IT, Finance) to understand pain points, success criteria, and business impact.
- Develop outcome-based business cases that quantify ROI in customer terms — time-to-market reduction, sample cost savings, sustainability impact, and operational efficiency.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations, orchestrating virtual team support (Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting) to address technical and business requirements.
- Evangelize the full Browzwear platform vision — 3D-first design and digital product creation — and serve as a recognized authority and thought leader in the fashion technology space.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers on account health, adoption, and time-to-value; jointly own renewal outcomes and proactively mitigate churn risk with at-risk accounts.
- Orchestrate the virtual team (Sales Engineers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success) to deliver coordinated, customer-centric support for complex opportunities.
- Develop and execute a proactive annual territory strategy — new logo targets, expansion opportunities, and account-based development — maintaining a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion/Apparel Industry Background, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience — SaaS, vertical software, or design/manufacturing software — including 5+ years managing strategic account portfolios and a history of closing large, complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Deep understanding of the fashion, apparel, or adjacent manufacturing/supply chain industry, with familiarity with design workflows, sample processes, and digital transformation drivers.
- Consultative selling expertise, with the ability to understand customer business models, workflows, and pain points before proposing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence, with the ability to build trust and relationships at the C-suite level.
- Proven track record of account expansion, renewal success, and customer retention (NRR, renewal rates greater than 90%).
- Proficiency with Salesforce and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to orchestrate and influence, without authority, a virtual internal team of subject matter experts delivering coordinated, customer-centric support.
