As RVP of Sales, you’ll:

  • 🤝 Build trusted relationships with top brokers and benefits consultants
  • 💡 Offer smarter, self-insured solutions that reduce risk and drive savings
  • 🧠 Lead with strategy, hustle with heart
  • 🚗 Travel locally to meet clients and make deals happen

You bring:

  • 5+ years crushing it in self-insurance, stop-loss, or related benefits sales
  • A strong broker network and trust-based selling skills
  • Killer communication, presentation, and closing abilities
  • Salesforce savvy and a drive to win
  • Based in Georgia, ready to hit the road (50% travel)
