The Regional Vice President of Consulting role will be on a team of Consulting leaders who are responsible for managing a regional portfolio of around 15 to 25 programs, developing C-suite level client relationships, providing guidance for the successful delivery of programs, and delivering hands-on problem-solving to manage escalations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, can continually improve our methodology, has a track record of rallying teams to success, and is an expert in managing stakeholder relationships to achieve a win-win-win solution and deliver the HighRadius Speed to Value Methodology.
The Regional Vice President role leads an entire regional segment within Consulting, directly manages Program Directors and Project Management leads, as well as leads a high-performance culture for an entire Consulting team. This Regional Vice President, Consulting will be expected to travel (locally and regionally) 50% of the time.
Your Day to Day:
- Tag team with the Program Directors to ensure they are building strong relationships at mid-management levels
- Manage client relationships at the executive level (CIO/GBS leaders/CFO)
- Ensure monthly steering committee meetings are executed with clients in collaboration with program directors
- Collaborate with sales to proactively plan for growth, hiring, and contract reviews
- Help program managers set up projects for success
- Proactively manage churn by proactively identifying risks and helping Program Managers develop mitigation plans
- Collaborate with Product Management on segment-specific solutions
- Partner with client executives, global process owners, and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it continuously
- Be the people manager for Program Directors and Project Management Leads by providing onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews
- Help to build and improve training methodologies and the tools needed for Consulting success
- Manage deliverables to achieve deadlines across multiple projects and clients
- Travel on-site to teach the client how to use our SaaS system and facilitate testing (up to 50% travel)
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of professional services in technology led consulting business
- Experience in building and managing consulting best practices in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of developing C-suite level relationships
- Experience managing and developing high performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills in win-win solutioning and negotiations
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with small and large groups
- Ability to travel at a short notice and regularly to align with client stakeholders (50% travel requirements)
- Ability to influence, manage change in scope to drive standardization
- High organization and prioritization skills
- Anticipate project risk and constraints and implement appropriate solutions, delegating as appropriate
- Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, working cross-functionally throughout the organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to constantly learn, fail, fix, and grow
