JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Principal Solutions Architect will evaluate reference architectures and tools, create technical policies, plans, and playbooks to enable a cohesive repeatable set of go-to market products and solutions for highly regulated market customers and current account needs supporting Trace3 core capabilities.

The position will help develop executive-level relationships within new strategic markets and existing technically complex accounts to improve mission and system performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the formulation and representation of complex system integration activities and solution development to meet or exceed client requirements. The ability to develop strategic and operational technical roadmaps that support revenue and profit margin growth is a key skill.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Accountable for generation and management of Trace3’s solutions to meet company revenue and profit goals.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to drive a team-oriented culture that bridges account executives and engineering services.
  • Develop solutions and go-to-market artifacts to include positioning, technical deliverables, and sales enablement to support Trace3 core capabilities. 
  • Lead customer-facing data center technical activities, to include formulation and approval of technical scoping activities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to create and position the company unique solutions.
  • Assist in the creation of business plans and execution against the company’s target markets, customer profiles, and go to market solutions.
  • Assist in proposal and SOW development with specific emphasis on validating technical solution and level of effort for services to be performed.
  • Perform delivery of assessment and solutions to customers, as required
  • Focus on solutions that contribute to gross margin increases to support company bottom-line profitability goal achievement.
  • Assist in project and program delivery as needed to support Trace3’s business objectives and business utilization goals. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • 15+ years or more of Engineering Delivery and/or Engineering Consultation experience preferred.
  • Experience with and knowledge of hardware and software, networks, data centers, systems, and other related areas.
  • Expertise in Azure-based solutions, DevOps, and engineering service delivery
  • Extensive experience in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
  • Extensive cloud architecture experience developing highly available cyber-secure architectures.
  • Demonstrated success leading development teams 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, QA skills, the ability to “think forward,” adept at problem-solving and addressing issues and complications before they expand.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and awareness of industry best practices.
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and deliver results that go above and beyond both internal and external expectations.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

If working at a Trace3 office, the employee is frequently surrounded by other employees and their conversations on the telephone and in person.  The noise level and indoor office temperature may vary.   

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$230,000$260,000 USD
