About The Role

Zephyr Home Services is seeking dynamic, high-integrity Regional Sales Trainer to champion field and classroom development across our brands. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with technicians, project managers, service managers, and sales leaders to embed the Zephyr Sales System and Zephyr Service System into daily operations—driving consistent performance and an exceptional customer experience. With a strong field presence and hands-on coaching approach, you’ll lead transformative training sessions that align people, processes, and performance, playing a critical role in developing frontline talent and supporting our mission to deliver world-class service at scale.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Train and coach Service Managers and Sales Managers on the Zephyr Sales & Service Systems.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-person coaching with service technicians and project managers
  • Facilitate onboarding and recurring classroom training sessions for new and existing staff
  • Build trust and accountability through consistent field presence and hands-on support
  • Customize training approaches based on brand-specific needs while preserving system fidelity
  • Develop and maintain standardized training content and SOPs in alignment with Zephyr standards
  • Monitor performance trends and use KPIs to guide coaching focus (close %, ticket size, turnover rates, etc.)
  • Partner with brand leadership to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted training interventions
  • Serve as an in-region resource for Zephyr system adoption, cultural alignment, and performance improvement

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical as a technician, project manager, or trainer
  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven or performance-based environment
  • Expert proficiency in ServiceTitan, Conduit Tech, PowerPoint, and public speaking
  • Experience leading or facilitating training programs, including ride-alongs and classroom sessions
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 70% within the assigned region)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across departments and locations
  • Passionate about developing people, holding high standards, and living the Zephyr mission
  • Familiarity with industry best-practices networks (e.g., Nexstar, Service Nation)
  • Prior experience with multi-location businesses or PE-backed platforms
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Conduit Tech, and similar tools

The pay for this position is $140,000- $200,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
