The Regional Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, manage the sales cycle, and meet sales targets.

Jardogs.ai is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth and adoption of My Medical Scribe within a designated geographic territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key healthcare decision-makers (physicians, practice managers, clinic administrators), managing the full sales cycle, and ultimately exceeding sales targets. This is a critical role where you will directly contribute to our company's growth and make a tangible difference in the lives of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the assigned region.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales leads within the target market (physician practices, clinics, ambulatory settings).
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations of My Medical Scribe, both virtually and in-person.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of My Medical Scribe to diverse stakeholders in the healthcare setting.
Manage complex sales cycles, navigate negotiations, and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the health tech and EMR/EHR space.
Provide valuable market feedback to internal product development and marketing teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM software.
Represent Jardogs.ai professionally at relevant industry conferences and events as needed.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
Experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly within the healthcare IT (Health Tech) sector.
Specific experience selling technology or services directly to physician practices, clinics, or health systems.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and common clinical workflows.
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their application in business solutions.
Established network within the healthcare community in the assigned region.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Informatics, or a related field.
