The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven sales professional with strong closing skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute sales strategies tailored to the MSP, SaaS and AI products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive account expansion along with the Client Success Manager.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the value of MSPbots.ai solutions.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve sales enablement.
- Represent MSPbots.ai at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in MSP, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Understanding of the MSP market and sales dynamics.
- Experience with high-value, consultative sales processes and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in CRM software - HubSpot to track sales activities and pipeline management.
- Experience in SMB/mid-market sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in working in a start-up company
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
