As a Regional Sales Manager you will foster relationships with our current customers and drive sales to new accounts for our Traffic Solutions business. You will develop a strategic sales plan to grow the Tennessee-Mississippi-Louisiana-Arkansas territory.  This is a remote role with travel in territory.

This position will be for the sales of Traffic Solutions liquid marking and surface reflective products.  Your customer base will consist of contractors, cities, counties, states DOT’s and private organizations.  You will report to the Eastern USCA Sales Director.   

***Must reside within territory (Tennessee-Mississippi-Louisiana-Arkansas).

Key Responsibilities:
•    Drive territory success by establishing new customers and identifying sales opportunities.
•    Endorse and position Traffic Solutions products optimally within the market, across all segments noted, to achieve sales goals.
•    Be a valued resource to customers by providing continued, outstanding support and service around product recommendation, application and performance.
•    Use your industry expertise to stay in-tune to the market, customer and competition and take that data to develop your business plan and identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
•    4 Year college degree or 3 years relevant work experience in the pavement markings industry and/or significant ownership/employer experience as a business owner preferably in the construction contracting field.
•    Experience in the coatings industry, such as pavement markings, is highly preferred.
•    Possess a professional, customer-centric approach that allows you to work collaboratively to sell effectively, cultivate solutions and address issues in a practical manner.
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
•    Technical ability to understand product data sheets, MSDS sheets, scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
•    Entrepreneurial disposition with intense drive to achieve/exceed stated goals.
