Regional Sales Manager, Chicago, IL
Summary
Axis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth through our technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for enabling, educating, and expanding the adoption of Axis solutions through strategic technology partners and their integration with system integrators, distribution, and end customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and educate technology partners and system integrators on Axis solutions, with a focus on integrated, high-value use cases.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert on assigned technology partners and how their solutions integrate with Axis platforms.
- Research, evaluate, and document technology partner solutions that align with Axis’ strategic growth areas and long-term roadmap.
- Work closely with technology partners to identify new markets, uncover joint opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through coordinated sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with System Integrators, End Customers, Segment teams, and Distribution to enable successful partner-led opportunities.
- Qualify opportunities to ensure responsible pursuit, prioritizing high-impact, scalable opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with technology partner stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing partner concerns, aligning priorities, and strengthening long-term collaboration.
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute site visits, product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, presentations, and speaking engagements.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence materials that clearly articulate the value of Axis + partner solutions.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Measure, track, and report on the success and performance of assigned technology partners, initiatives, and programs.
- Prepare weekly sales reports detailing new and existing technology partner projects, pipeline activity, and engagement status.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training
- 5+ years in sales driven position
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand, position, and explain integrated solutions

Salary Range
$125,000 to $140,000 OTE (Dependent on education, experience and location)
