Rhombus is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive high quality business and revenue from a specific regional territory. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven by success, self-motivated, hard-working and passionate about building and developing high performing sales teams and territories. You will work in a fast-paced environment, pivot as needed, and adapt quickly and positively to change. You will report directly to the Director of Commercial Sales and collaborate closely with Sales Leaders, Channel, Marketing, Finance and other key resources that are going to drive your overall success in the role.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Account Executives and direct reports to achieve individual and team quotas through pipeline reviews, strategic project management, and forecasting
- Position and promote company value propositions to customers and partners, while maintaining and expanding existing relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in assigned markets, including commercial sectors such as manufacturing, education, and healthcare services
- Ensure accurate sales planning, forecasting, and reporting for both individual and team quotas, contributing to overall revenue targets
- Proactively address and resolve challenges related to people, projects, and opportunities, developing scalable and constructive solutions
- Engage with executive-level customers and partners to reinforce business relationships and close key deals
- Support talent development by hiring, training, and advancing the careers of Account Executives through regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, building trust and respect across teams and partner ecosystems
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5+ years in sales leadership in SaaS and/or physical security, with a proven track record of exceeding quota as an individual contributor and manager
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles, with a demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals
- Proficient in executive-level communication and building strong internal and external business relationships
- Strong team-player mentality with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing sales teams
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and experience selling into the commercial market
- Knowledge of channel and working with cloud, IoT, and other IT solutions is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus
- Salesforce experience preferred
This is a remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere on the East Coast of the United States.
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000
Estimated OTE (base salary + commission): $180,000-$220,000
Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
