We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Foodservice team, based from a home office in the Central Colorado area. In this role, you’ll own the growth of Schwan’s product portfolio by executing high-impact sales programs and aggressively expanding our presence across foodservice distribution, K–12 bid business, and non-commercial accounts within your territory. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Zone Sales Manager, where you’ll collaborate closely to deliver results across key segments including distribution, K–12 schools, colleges and universities, healthcare, business and industry, recreation, and other non-commercial customers.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage Area K-12 bids and commodity results to support regional sales objectives.
  • Lead and execute customer-facing events with distributors and operators.
  • Direct distributor activities to achieve annual sales quotas and regional business goals.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, tracking results through Salesforce.
  • Present and demonstrate Schwan’s products to win new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Analyze sales data to assess market opportunities, customer needs, and inventory requirements.
  • Partner with the Corporate Distribution Team to execute national strategies at the local level.
  • Develop pricing, credit terms, sales contracts, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional performance to ensure cost-effective sales growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key customers, providing sales, marketing, and service support while representing the company at industry events.

 

Travel: 40-50% in assigned market area with 1-2 overnights a month. Home office based. May require occasional support assignments in Mountain Zone Region.

 

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years’ experience) and a minimum of 8+ sales experience, ideally in the food or food service industry
  • Current relationships in foodservice sales with distribution and operators a plus

What We Offer:


The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, car allowance and eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
