Join our team in Amanpuri. Soundtracked by the whispers of coconut palms and the sighs of the Andaman Sea, Aman’s first resort, Amanpuri, presides over its own peninsula, promising guests space, serenity, an idyllic white-sand beach, exceptional restaurants and a Holistic Wellness Centre.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and identifying business opportunities for Amanpuri, Amantaka, and Amansara. This role focuses on developing and maintaining long-term, value-based relationships with key partners, clients, and luxury travel stakeholders to achieve revenue objectives and strengthen the market presence of the three properties.

The incumbent will execute proactive sales strategies, secure new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and represent the properties in relevant sales activities, trade events, and client engagements. This position requires close collaboration with the Regional Director of Sales, General Managers, Regional Sales Offices, and the wider commercial team to support overall sales and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial success for Amanpuri, Amantaka, and Amansara through strategic and relationship-led sales initiatives.

  • Build trusted partnerships with key luxury travel advisors, agencies, and high-value accounts.

  • Identify new business opportunities that strengthen Aman’s presence in the luxury travel market.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity across client engagements and industry events.

  • Create meaningful property experiences through site inspections, familiarisation trips, and sales visits.

  • Deliver insightful reporting, market intelligence, and commercial support to guide performance.

  • Collaborate closely with regional and on-property teams to ensure a seamless and aligned approach to sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or resort sales.

  • Proven track record in securing and managing high-value accounts within the luxury travel market.

  • Strong knowledge of regional and international luxury travel networks.

  • Experience in multi-property or regional sales responsibilities is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.

  • Willingness to travel regularly as required by the role.
