The Channel Sales Team Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Eagle Eye Networks' presence in the Central and South American markets. You will be responsible for both individual sales efforts and the strategic development of a channel and direct sales team. Initially, this will involve working closely with a single additional sales representative, with plans to scale the team significantly as you achieve and exceed growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build & Lead Sales Team: Start by building a small, agile team focused on channel and direct sales. The team will start with you and one additional sales representative, and will double in size as targets are met, with the goal of growing to a team of 20+.
  • Channel & Direct Sales Strategy: Develop and implement both channel and direct sales strategies tailored to the LATAM market, leveraging your experience in SaaS and/or hardware sales.
  • Individual Sales Contribution: Actively engage in direct sales efforts to drive revenue while mentoring the sales representative.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners, building strong, lasting relationships that drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Team Growth: Scale the team by hiring, training, and managing new sales representatives as the team expands.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team development to the Vice President of Sales.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in both channel and direct sales, particularly in SaaS and/or hardware environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LATAM market, with experience in developing go-to-market strategies and scaling sales operations.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive significant ARR growth.
  • Experience in building teams from the ground up and scaling them.
