This team is responsible for strategic  functions that span across pricing strategy, forecasting, distribution, and operational support focused on driving revenue performance for our hotels. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen franchisee relationships and enhance operational efficiency by managing market trends, and supporting strategic program and initiative rollouts.

Your Responsibilities  

  • Drive revenue performance and growth of RevPAR and RPI for the assigned region. 

  • Report on regional performance, sharing successes and opportunities with key stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Create action plans to support region performance improvement. 

  • Initiate and drive revenue-impacting initiatives in line with company goals. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial performance success. 

  • Engage with franchisees to support retention and performance. 

  • Support the ROCS program by maturing elements, support structure, and tools. 

  • Lead and support vendor teams to drive property-level performance. 

 

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies  

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent 

  • At least 5 years’ of hotel industry experience as a revenue manager or in revenue analytics 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and revenue management systems 

  • Experience with franchising business and working with vendor teams  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

  • Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning 

  • Demonstrates key competencies to include Drives Results, Ensures Accountability and Situational Adaptability 

 

Your Team  

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Revenue Management, you will have 4 peer teammate(s) and collaborate with cross functional departments and vendor teams on a regular basis.  

Your Work Location

As our Regional Revenue Manager, Core Brands, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN.
 

Salary Range 

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP). 
 

The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Field/Remote — Select roles designated as field/remote will require associates to work from a home office, connecting virtually with Choice team members and leadership on Zoom, with possible required travel depending on the role.
