Location:  

  • This is a remote position (20-30% travel will be required as needed). We will provide all equipment to do the necessary functionalities of the position. 

What you’ll Do: 

The Regional Replenishment Manager is responsible for collaborating with our field leadership and supplier relations to manage the replenishment/purchasing of inventory in a specific geographic area or a specific product line.  The role is critical to support the success of our customer locations by ensuring the right inventory is readily available.  This role is an integral part of a particular region’s team as well as balancing the objectives of the entire corporation.  The right candidate is a strong team player, analytical, detailed oriented, and service oriented towards our field sales locations.

  • Inventory Control: Partner with leadership to develop inventory goals, identify issues, and offer solutions to help achieve expected inventory levels and turns.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Responsible for setting suggested purchase order parameters and their periodic review and update identify inventory transfer opportunities between branches, prevent stock outs of high frequency sold items, review low inventory items, optimize vendor’s buy programs, reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory.  Execute PO management in our ERP system.  Execute special bulk buy/offers in regions.  Assist in new branch openings.
  • Analytics: Leverage tools available to guide and assist field leadership on opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, including, slow moving, obsolete, days on hand, etc.
  • SKU Maintenance: Support our data teams in managing key attributes of our inventory records, including but not limited to price, activation, lead time, stock status, usage, order quantities (i.e. case, pallet), item replacement.
  • Expediting: Review key reports, including back-order reports, open purchase order reports, acknowledgments. Update delivery date and partnering with pricing when appropriate., Communicate lead time changes to the selling locations.
  • In-bound Freight: Optimize vendor’s pre-paid programs, transfer appropriate quantities, to the next logical location, identify CPU opportunities to save freight expense.
  • Invoice Discrepancies: Reconcile discrepancies with accounts payable and vendor, notify Sourcing of vendor/price issues.

Requirements We Look For:   

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Proven experience as inventory manager or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent
  • Strong communications skills and experience collaborating with other teams
  • Experience in Agility Software a plus
