What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead performance across our key warehouse locations: Auburn, WA; Sacramento, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Fort Worth, TX; and Houston, TX. This is a high-impact role focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing strong teams across the region.
This role may be based out of any of our Marmon/Keystone US locations.
Targeted salary range: $95,000 to $115,000/year

What You Will Do

  • Oversee and instruct region’s Operations Managers on effective and efficient on-time delivery, storage methods and receiving procedures
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient and well-organized workforce through screening, hiring, developing, evaluating all operations personnel
  • Closely monitor regional facilities to ensure all safety requirements are met and OSHA compliance is maintained
  • Quality improvement monitoring and practicing 80/20 concepts
  • Scheduling and monitoring production and work-flow to meet customer service requirements
  • Monitor adherence to safe work practices, complete performance evaluations and oversee the administration of disciplinary action when necessary
  • Review and approve expenses for upkeep and repair of facilities and equipment
  • Oversee inventory management, quality control and cost control
  • Travel required up to 50%

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
  • 5+ years successful supervisory/management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in quality control preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Two years or more years of college preferred in a relevant discipline

Pay Range:

88,000.00 - 132,000.00
