Your Team:
The Regional Marketing Manager at Seesaw will actively engage with our marketing and sales teams globally, fostering collaboration on strategic initiatives and playing a key role in developing comprehensive marketing plans.
Your Role:
Reporting to the EVP, Marketing, you will be the driving force behind strategic marketing initiatives, country-specific campaigns, and impactful content creation. You will lead the "growth engine" for the US and new (exploring) global markets, optimizing a multi-channel mix that supports both Direct and Reseller Strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Multi-Market Strategy: Develop and scale localized demand gen for the US and new exploratory international markets through multi-channel marketing.
- Full-Funnel Management: Own the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. You will define MQL/SQL criteria, manage lead scoring (along with Marketing Ops Manager), and partner Sales team (locally and globally).
- Channel & Reseller Support: Create "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits for resellers to drive independent demand, and execute co-marketing campaigns that incentivize partner-led growth.
- Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop cross-collaborative strategy with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Outreach, Social Media, Events and Conferences for high-value US targets and new international markets.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Be passionate about leveraging data to optimize your campaign strategy.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in K12 education and EdTech industry
- A bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or business
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in edtech or Saas
- Deep understanding of multi-channel outreach such as Email Marketing, paid marketing, events and more
- Experience using WordPress for content management
- Familiarity and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with sales teams to collaborate and develop effective sales tools
- A problem-solver mindset and ability to think creatively towards a solution
- A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable personality
- Commitment to being results-oriented with a sense of urgency
- A desire to learn, ask questions and try new things
- A passion and enthusiasm for the education industry and what EdTech companies can offer districts, administrators, teachers and other primary stakeholders, through innovative solutions (US and in new exploring markets)

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The annual hiring base salary for this position is: $80,000 - $95,000
This is an Exempt position.
