  • Coordinate with specialist escalation teams to serve as the regional operational interface for infrastructure changes, ensuring the team is effective as the on-site hands for infrastructure delivery.

  • Manage vendor and third-party service provider relationships relevant to regional operations, including hardware suppliers and telecommunications providers, ensuring accountability against commitments and escalating issues as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent progressive professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, end user computing, or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.

  • Demonstrated experience managing geographically distributed IT teams across multiple sites.

  • Solid working knowledge of end user computing environments, hardware lifecycle management, and enterprise networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN).

  • Proven ability to plan and manage IT projects across multiple sites simultaneously, including OS and software deployments, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure changes.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with employees and business stakeholders at all levels, and translate feedback into actionable improvements.

  • Ability to travel across the region occasionally to support team visits, site projects, or acquisition and relocation activities.

  • Ability to accommodate occasional cross-timezone collaboration.

  • Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, a location within reasonable proximity to a regional office. This is an office-based role.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or similarly complex global corporate IT environment.

  • Experience supporting infrastructure changes in partnership with specialist escalation teams.

  • Exposure to IT operations spanning multiple countries or international office locations within a matrixed organization.

  • Experience managing IT workstreams through a corporate acquisition, office relocation, or site closure.

  • Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent IT service management frameworks.

  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management processes and IT procurement practices.
