Seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic growth within health systems and provider organizations.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in building new business, developing executive relationships, and leading complex enterprise sales cycles. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling healthcare technology or clinical solutions to hospitals and integrated delivery networks and is excited about bringing innovative solutions to market.

This position offers the opportunity to own and grow a sales territory while partnering with healthcare leaders to improve clinical operations and patient care through advanced technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a territory of health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and large provider organizations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, CFOs, and other healthcare leaders.
  • Maintain an accurate and disciplined sales pipeline while consistently forecasting business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and implementation teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Represent the organization at executive meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish long-term strategic partnerships that drive continued business growth.
Qualifications
Required
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare technology, digital health, clinical services, or a related healthcare solutions environment.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas on complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or large provider organizations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical workflows, care coordination, revenue cycle, or workforce management.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite clinical and operational executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles.
Preferred
  • Experience selling AI-enabled healthcare technology, clinical decision support, virtual care, or care management solutions.
  • Existing relationships with executive leaders within health systems or integrated delivery networks.
  • Experience working in a high-growth healthcare technology environment.
