* Job summary
* This is a full time, onsite role in Colorado Springs, CO supporting one of CDW-G's DoD clients. The Red Hat SME will work alongside a team of other CDW-G coworkers in support of this client
* What you will do
* Act as lead SME for RHEL systems within the DCO-S infrastructure.
* Perform OS hardening, STIG implementation, and secure baseline management.
* Assist with patch testing, vulnerability management, and integration of RHEL-based systems into cyber mission platforms.
* Support ATO documentation, security scans, and remediation tasks.
* Provide training and operational documentation to deployment and sustainment teams.
* What we expect of you
* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
* 8+ years of experience in Linux system administration and cybersecurity.
* Expertise in RHEL 7/8/9, SELinux, and DoD STIG compliance.
* Experience with Ansible, Satellite, and kickstart automation.
* Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent experience.
* Lead architect/engineer for mission-critical RHEL environments. Salary range: $160,000 - $195,000, depending on experience and skill set Benefits overview: [ https://cdw.benefit-info.com/](https://cdw.benefit-info.com/) Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
