As a Recruitment Specialist, you will apply your tactical knowledge of recruiting to support the growth of our Operations teams in the US.
You will play an important role supporting the recruitment needs of hiring managers and providing a positive candidate experience to prospective hires. Using creativity and good tactical judgement, you will help find solutions to ensure a strong pipeline and quality of hire for our Denver Operations group.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 annually.
QualificationsPreferred Skills & Experience
- Experience recruiting high volume talent in a corporate or agency setting, preferably for Customer Service roles.
- Knowledge of sourcing and employer branding tactics.
- Demonstrable success as a partner to hiring managers and colleagues, providing insight and feedback for process improvement opportunities.
- Adept at interpreting and actioning insights derived from data to drive performance in key areas including velocity of hire, time to fill, and acceptance rate.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, with a delivery based mind-set and ability to break down work and strive to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively across the organization.
- Proficiency with recruiting software tools, platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partnering with key stakeholders to design and execute effective sourcing and hiring campaigns.
- Providing quality hires and pipelining talent for Denver Operations team.
- Developing talent pipelines and recruiting for variety of roles including, Customer Service, Operations, Trading, Facilities, Technology, and Marketing.
- Reviewing and acting on data insights to drive improvement in recruiting KPIs.
- Creating engaging social media content to attract passive candidates.
- Managing postings on job boards and talent social channels.
- Building knowledge and understanding of the various US functional areas of the Business and bet365 globally.
- Contributing ideas for operational improvements and optimizing our recruitment channels.
- Ensuring candidates have a thoughtful, engaging and transparent experience, regardless of outcome.
- Participating on Recruitment, HR and cross functional projects as needed.
