As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of our Technology function.
If you're passionate about identifying top technical talent and driving impactful recruitment strategies, this is a great opportunity to make your mark. You will be instrumental in supporting hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You will make key contributions that help to shape our end-to-end approach to recruitment, leverage data for insightful decisions and implement creative approaches to attract the best candidates.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid work-from-home policy.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 annually.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Substantial recruitment experience, ideally from a technology first Business.
  • Ability to work across a broad spectrum of talent attraction and sourcing methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders and influencing hiring processes.
  • Delivery focused mind-set with the ability to manage own work stream.
  • Skilled in using data and insights to inform decision making.

What you will be doing
  • Leading the search for technology talent by using cutting-edge sourcing techniques and creative strategies.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our goals.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to refine recruitment processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Evaluating and improving our recruitment channels and processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building a thorough understanding of our different Technology departments to best meet recruitment needs.
  • Ensuring high standards of data integrity and system usage to support a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Crafting and implementing engaging social media content and exploring new methods to attract passive candidates.
