We're seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for a 6-month temporary role with the potential to convert to a permanent position, focused on amplifying our employer brand and driving candidate engagement across channels.
This role sits at the intersection of Talent and Marketing and is ideal for someone with strong storytelling instincts, solid coordination skills, and a passion for employer branding. You'll help us attract top veterinary talent by creating compelling campaigns, supporting events, managing digital content, and owning key systems that power our hiring engine.
You'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line to the Director of Brand Marketing, and partner closely with recruiting, marketing, and clinic teams.
Pay Range $70,000-$90,000 dependign on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Marketing & Content Development- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to support hiring needs across clinical and HQ roles
Create brand-aligned assets (graphics, presentations, videos) for use across social, email, job boards, career site, and events - Maintain and evolve the recruiting content calendar, highlighting key campaigns, events, and open roles
- Write and edit engaging copy for job descriptions, social posts, email nurture campaigns, and internal messaging
Collaborate with brand marketing and recruiting teams to ensure consistency in employer brand voice
- Manage Bond Vet’s employer brand presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms
- Coordinate clinic-generated content, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes stories
- Monitor and update Bond Vet’s profiles on third-party platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed
- Track engagement metrics and use insights to optimize content performance
- Support the planning and promotion of recruiting events such as:
- Veterinary and Technician school visits
- Industry conferences and CE lectures
- Career fairs and student networking events
- Coordinate logistics for event participation including CE submissions, SWAG, signage, shipping, and travel arrangements
- Track ROI and engagement from events and activations
- Maintain recruiting tools and platforms (career site, ATS, email workflows, templates)
- Support requisition creation, offer audits, and candidate communication workflows
- Provide general coordination support for the recruiting team as needed
Who You Are
- 1–3 years in recruiting operations, coordination, or marketing support
- Proficient in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse)
- Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
- Ability to deliver fast, brand-aligned creative
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Excellent project management with a focus on documentation of process
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
- Passionate about building culture, brand, and community
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Bonus: Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-growth startup environments
