We are seeking a Recruiting Systems & Operations Partner to strengthen and evolve the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that enable high-quality hiring across the business. This role will help lead our ATS migration, improve operational workflows, strengthen reporting and data integrity, and introduce automation and AI-enabled capabilities that increase recruiter productivity and operational efficiency.

What you will do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crosschq, etc.), ensuring they are configured effectively and aligned with hiring priorities.
  • Oversee administration and ongoing optimization of the ATS and integrated technologies, leading system enhancements, integrations, and contributing to future ATS implementation or migration efforts as business needs evolve.
  • Conduct structured audits of systems, workflows, and data integrity to identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead recruiting operations initiatives such as process automation, compliance enhancements, and technology integrations, developing structured plans and delivering results with minimal disruption to hiring activities.
  • Design and refine recruiting workflows to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability, building durable processes that support a long-term recruiting operating model.
  • Strengthen data integrity and reporting reliability by standardizing key fields, improving metric definitions, building or refining dashboards, and enhancing forecasting visibility.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and establish working cadences to ensure recruiting systems align with evolving business priorities.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work and streamline recruiting operations.
  • Partner with internal AI and People Tech teams to design and orchestrate intelligent workflows across recruiting platforms and connected systems.
  • Design and maintain AI-enabled knowledge systems that support recruiter self-service, documentation, policy access, and operational onboarding.
  • Define how AI tools, LLM-based assistants, and automation interact with recruiting systems while ensuring security, compliance, and usability.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools that improve recruiter productivity and operational scale.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tool utilization, performance, and ROI to maintain an effective recruiting technology stack.
Must Haves
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting systems experience
  • Experience configuring and optimizing a modern ATS platform; experience with Greenhouse or similar systems required
  • Experience leading or contributing to ATS implementations, major reconfigurations, or complex system integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience improving data integrity, reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance insights and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges using structured problem-solving.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, or Security stakeholders.
  • Experience working with LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or automation platforms.
  • Designing AI-enabled knowledge systems or internal documentation platforms.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling technology companies.
