We’re looking for a Recruiter for our Go to Market function to join our growing team and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across key business functions. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & more.

This position is fully remote.
What you will do:- Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.
- Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Talent team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives.
- Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights.
- Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.
- Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to support a mission that matters.
