Position Summary: The Recruiting Lead serves as the subject matter expert for an assigned business unit, function, or geographic area. The Recruiting Lead also provides full cycle recruiting services to the assigned business unit(s) and is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and delivering diverse candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to consult on hiring plans, define job requirements, develop candidate generation strategies, and screen candidates through the full life cycle recruiting process.
- Provide insights into specific business units or functions to recruiting leadership.
- In collaboration with the Recruiting Manager and/or Sr. Director, provide guidance on recruitment needs and priority levels to the entire recruiting organization.
- Understand the talent demands of their assigned functional area and translate those demands into a staffing strategy that is timely and results-driven with clear action items.
- Develop creative sourcing plans to include traditional networking strategies, web-based, and social media strategies.
- Work with management, peers, and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices.
- Ensure compliance with all required local, state, and federal employment and labor laws.
- May serve as a mentor to junior talent acquisition staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3+ years of corporate, agency, or headhunter recruiting experience.
- Advanced experience with one or more recruiting software platforms such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
