The Recruiting Coordinator will manage recruiting logistics, assist with candidate evaluation, maintain records in ATS, and support various recruiting initiatives.

ERG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Facilities Group with sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates for a variety of clients. The qualified candidate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical professionals to coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a professional and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
This position is remote, but candidates must be willing to work core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. Preference will be given to candidates who hold an active Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance.
Job Description:
- Coordinate interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Manage all interview logistics, including calendar invites, meeting links, candidate instructions, and timely confirmations and reminders
- Assist with creating, formatting, and posting job requisitions
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest; document summaries for recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with processes and regulations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and general inquiries, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with Facilities Group leaders to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and client requirements, and adjust coordination accordingly
- Assist with special recruiting initiatives, such as hiring events, targeted outreach, and process improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-focused approach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort learning new systems and tools
- Consistent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Experience working with federal or government clients preferred
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
