Virtu's Recruiting Team is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our tightly-knit global team. This role is an integral part of managing and orchestrating interview logistics, that directly impacts our team's goal of hiring top talent for our firm. We manage recruiting at all levels, campus initiatives, industry events, internship programs, as well as the onboarding of new employees. In this role, you'll support the critical operations of the full recruiting lifecycle and be the point of contact for new hires to ensure a smooth and successful start at Virtu.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle, with an eye toward improving our candidate experience 
  • Manage and schedule a high volume of candidates with consistent follow-through, thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Manage new employee onboarding and communications, from offer signing to start date
  • Help to organize and maintain our candidate database within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Participate in ad hoc recruiting process improvements and other ad hoc projects
  • Facilitate strong partnerships with interviewing teams and hiring managers, keeping teams up to date on recruitment progress
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and internship programs, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator, or other HR related fields 
  • Experience managing a high volume of candidates in Greenhouse and/or Workday strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking to employees at all levels
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Great prioritization skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and flexible when direction changes
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of recruiting projects
