General Medicine is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our clinical team.
This role will primarily support clinical recruiting efforts, partnering closely with our clinical recruiting lead to hire Nurse Practitioners and Physicians onto the General Medicine platform. You will play a central role in building the pipelines that power our care delivery model.
This is not a coordination-only role. We’re looking for someone who loves sourcing, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and wants real ownership over hiring outcomes.

Conduct deep sourcing and proactive outbound outreach
Partner with the clinical recruiting team to calibrate on role requirements and talent bar
Manage candidates end-to-end from first touch through offer
Maintain strong ATS hygiene and organized reporting
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach effectiveness
2+ years of recruiting/sourcing/coordination experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong sourcing experience and comfort with outbound outreach
Experience managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
San Francisco / Bay Area–based candidates are a plus.
We don’t expect you to have a healthcare background (though it’s great if you do!). What matters most is that you’re curious, adaptable, and eager to grow.
Strong Fit If YouAre energized by building pipelines from scratch
Enjoy engaging clinicians and building long-term relationships
Operate with urgency and high ownership
Are excited to help scale a modern, clinician-supportive healthcare platform
High-impact role building the clinical foundation of the company
Close partnership with experienced founders and clinical leadership
Clear product-market fit and strong investor backing
An opportunity to help build the future of consumer healthcare
