Description

The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist leads full-cycle recruitment for all open positions at the Ranch, including high-volume, seasonal roles. This position will work closely with managers to identify their need, write a compelling job ad, use creative sources to attract high quality candidates and shepherd the interview process. n addition, this position is responsible for onboarding all new employees ensuring a seamless new hire experience and a welcoming environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, offer letters, and new hire onboarding.

• Research online sources and posts job ads for job openings through recruitment sites.

• Builds strong local networks and creates community relationships to create visibility for the Ranch

• Prepare screening questions and conduct phone interviews for all candidates

• Holds managers accountable to effectively interview candidates, provide timely feedback and complete all tasks in Paylocity ATS

• Perform reference and/or background checks for prospective new hires.

• Confirm all required document including proper certifications and waivers are received on or before first day arrival.

• Supports all immigration recruiting (J1, H2B) coordinating with third party vendors and legal counsel as needed

• Conducts orientation for all new hires on their first day. Prepares orientation materials and follows up on questions in a timely manner.

• Completes all recruiting and onboarding tasks in Paylocity ensuring data is accurate and timely.

• Collaborate with the HR team on the maintenance of all personnel records.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years’ recruiting experience; must have some high-volume, seasonal recruiting

• Working experience in hospitality environment is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working on a small guest-oriented team to pitch in wherever needed in support

of Ranch needs.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

• Working experience with Paylocity or other ATS platforms required

• Ability to work on-site, as well as evenings and weekends, as needed.

PAY AND BENEFITS:

Starting pay range is $25-27 per hour plus gratuity pool. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including health medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, Sick, 401k, and more.
