Location: Colorado

At Mission Rock Residential, we believe that where you live matters—and so does the team that makes it feel like home.

We are more than a property management company—we’re a people-first organization that values Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Relationships, Inclusivity, Vision, and Empathy. These values guide everything we do, from how we serve our residents to how we support our team members.

We foster an inclusive workplace that celebrates diverse perspectives, empowers growth, and strengthens the communities we serve. When you join Mission Rock, you join a team that’s invested in your success and well-being.

What You’ll Do

The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across both corporate support and onsite property roles within the organization. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with strategic advising; leveraging market insights, compensation knowledge, and local labor trends to guide hiring decisions.

Your day-to-day may include:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including corporate support functions and onsite property positions (e.g., leasing, maintenance, property management).

· Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, talent availability, and competitive market insights.

· Advise on compensation ranges based on market data, internal equity, and geographic considerations.

· Educate stakeholders on labor market trends, sourcing challenges, and realistic hiring expectations across regions.

· Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.

· Create engaging recruiting content and collateral (ie. job postings, social media graphics, hiring campaigns) using tools like Canva or similar platforms.

· Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates.

What You Bring
