Description
Dispel: Security, For All

Dispel is redefining how the world’s most critical industries connect, protect, and operate. Built for both Operational Technology (OT) and security teams, our Zero Trust Engine delivers secure, scalable connectivity across every make, model, and generation of equipment—enabling fast, reliable remote access, industrial data streaming, and integrated threat monitoring in even the most complex environments.

We don’t just keep operations safe—we make them better. With OTFusion, Dispel unifies applications and systems across sites, streamlining operations, cutting complexity, and driving measurable efficiency gains.

Since 2015, we’ve been pioneering cybersecurity innovation: inventing network-level Moving Target Defense (MTD), securing 54 million utility users worldwide, protecting over $500B in manufactured goods annually, and ensuring the everyday essentials people rely on—from 50% of the U.S. baby formula supply to 1 in 5 non-alcoholic beverages in America—are made and delivered safely.

If you're passionate about providing security, for all, this is the place to be.

Requirements

We’re looking for an In-House Recruiter, with a technical focus, to help build and scale our team across engineering, cybersecurity, and technical operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, network architects, security specialists) and understands the language of technology enough to engage meaningfully with candidates and hiring teams. You’re organized, data-driven, and proactive—comfortable managing multiple searches at once while maintaining attention to detail and communication excellence.

This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You’ll shape hiring best practices, refine our processes, and serve as a trusted advisor in building a diverse, high-performing team that aligns with our company’s growth and values.

  • Innovate and automate: We hate manual repetitive processes, and we hope you do too. One of your standing duties will be to look for ways to streamline and automate your workflows and those of the teams with whom you coordinate.
  • Growth mode: Expect your role to include fields that would, at a larger company, be the responsibility of a separate individual or team.
  • Experience: Multiple years of experience serving as a technical recruiter for an IT sector scaleup.
  • References: Supportive references from reports, people you worked for, and people you recruited.
  • Area of focus: Proven network connections in the IT, Cyber, and defense tech sectors.
  • Off the cuff knowledge of where you would go looking to find talent.
