Sailor Health is a mission-driven mental health practice focused on delivering exceptional care to older adults, particularly those covered by Medicare. We connect clients with experienced, compassionate therapists through secure virtual and in-person sessions. We're growing quickly and looking for passionate team members who want to shape the future of geriatric mental health. We are looking for teammates looking to elevate their career through a strong community and mentorship.
⭐ About the RoleWe’re looking for a Recruiter to work closely with the founders of Sailor Health to attract the very best talent. You will own the systems, processes, and relationships that ensure we attract and onboard world-class talent to serve seniors with compassionate, high-quality care.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll design and run our recruiting pipelines, lead sourcing and interviewing, and create the foundation for a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with our co-founders and hiring managers to define roles, shape interview processes, and translate our hiring needs into scalable, repeatable systems.
If you’re excited to design recruiting from the ground up at a fast-growing healthtech company, and want your work to directly shape the team expanding access to life-saving care for seniors, we’d love to meet you.
