About the Role:
The Dragos People Team is growing! We're seeking a Recruiter who will play a critical role in fueling our growth across the globe. In this role you'll own full cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles, ultimately shaping the teams that enable Dragos to scale and protect critical infrastructure worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Own and execute full cycle recruiting for a range of G&A and Marketing roles - including leading kickoff meetings with hiring managers, creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the interview process end-to-end.
- Over time, expand responsibilities to include technical recruiting, building expertise in sourcing and hiring for specialized technical positions (e.g., cybersecurity, customer experience, engineering).
- Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining candidate communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Source and build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Support basic administration and troubleshooting of our recruitment tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crosschq, etc.).
- Support confluence documentation and recruitment data repositories for accuracy and accessibility.
- Partner with the recruitment team on branding initiatives (e.g., landing pages, LinkedIn content, job board presence, etc.)
- Assist with special projects and process improvements across recruiting and people operations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools (Boolean search, CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage top talent.
- Prior experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- A growth mindset with an eagerness to learn technical recruiting and contribute to team-wide improvements.
Compensation:
- Salary: $95,000
