Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5-8 years work experience as a recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with modern recruiting techniques, including social media recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, business goals and team dynamics
- Proactively identify and attract top candidates through creative sourcing strategies- leveraging networks, referrals, social platforms, events and beyond
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for skill, fit, and potential
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, assessments, offers and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support future hiring needs
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively source and engage with candidates
- Maintain high standards for candidate experience, ensuring professionalism, clarity and follow-through at every step
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding and strong new hire integration
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
