The Role

Summary:

You stop at nothing to find quality candidates for roles across many verticals of our business nationwide. You'll collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and our open positions. You'll build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process. The position will be part of the national centralized recruiting team where you will collaborate, partner, and understand the importance of teamwork. The role may participate in special projects to help improve the recruiting team or to experiment with new ways of attracting diverse and unique talent.
Fully remote but candidates must reside in CO, IL, MN, OK, or TX.
What you will do:

  • Deliver full lifecycle recruiting expertise and consulting by developing proactive strategies to source, attract, recruit and select top-tier talent against defined criteria for multiple disciplines
  • Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation. They are in good hands with this recruiting team!
  • Develop and utilize a recruitment strategy
  • Effectively coach hiring managers on the interview and selection process; they trust you as the expert
  • Continuously develop business knowledge and acumen of company and departmental objectives, industry and corporate challenges and current market dynamics
  • Create and maintain a Pipeline of talent across the nation
  • Partner with the centralized Recruiting team manager on diversity and skill-based recruitment strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting best practices
  • Provide premium candidate experiences that represent our values
  • Proactively communicate the status of sourcing efforts with your manager and the hiring managers
  • Leverage data and analytics to seek opportunities to optimize and drive results
  • Provide support when needed which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling interviews, managing candidate information in the ATS, etc.
  • Build relationships, build talent pipelines, and develop social networks of highly skilled professionals while being the face of the Company and corporate affiliates
  • Learn our industry from the ground up through formal training, shadowing, and on-the-job education
  • Master the details of our open positions, including role responsibilities and candidate qualifications. You'll know your roles and what makes them exciting!


What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role preferred
  • Familiar with Boolean searches on: LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, aggregator sites, job boards, and other websites
  • Deep yearning to understand business areas and capabilities, market trends, and the desire to be a trusted adviser to your Hiring Managers
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet, and proactively solve problems
  • Hustle! We are a lean team, so be prepared to contribute to additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, specifically with Workday Recruiting is preferred

  • Exempt and non-exempt position recruiting experience
  • Full cycle recruiting from an agency or corporate environment
  • High volume recruiting experience
  • You've been the subject matter expert on the job market; you know talent market trends, and can provide insight on key factors and challenges that a new role could present
  • Process improvement, you love it and want to share your ideas!

  • Salary range is $70,000-$74,000 - Exact compensation will be determined by the market a candidate lives in as well as skills and experience

The majority of our roles are 100% remote excluding Production & Circulation although some roles require customer visits or occasional in office work. We do not have any intention of returning to an in office environment/culture.
