The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, engage passive candidates, and improve hiring pipeline efficiency.
We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis and partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
In this full-cycle role, you'll support hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on engineering roles. You'll have the freedom to drive projects, iterate quickly, and work closely with our leadership teams to build high-performing, impactful teams. If you think like a builder, act with urgency, and know how to close top-tier talent, you'll thrive here.
Your day-to-day:
- Source and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and help them envision their impact at Greenlight
- Serve as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to help them make the best hiring decisions. This will include role definition, creating interview plans and panels, and thinking strategically about the best ways to evaluate talent.
- Our team strives to provide a best-in-class interview experience and you will guide and communicate with candidates each step of the way — from their initial application to job offers.
- Provide data insights to identify bottlenecks for speed and quality throughout the funnel to improve the hiring pipeline.
- Maintain data integrity across platforms and ensure accurate reporting for visibility and performance tracking.
What you'll bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for multiple departments and hiring managers
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting for complex roles; experience in both an agency setting and high-growth startup is preferred.
- Experience using creative sourcing techniques and tools like Gem or SeekOut to nurture a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Recruiting experience should include hiring across a variety of technical domains with both engineering and non-engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of software development roles with the ability to evaluate technical skills across various roles.
- Excellent communication skills — you should be able to clearly communicate updates and expectations to candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process.
- A positive attitude. Our environment is fast-paced and changes frequently, so being able to adapt and maintain a positive outlook goes a long way.
