We are looking for recruiter with real passion for technical recruitment. This is a specialist and individual contributor role. Product development experience preferably at a startup or a lean team is desired

ROLE

We are looking for recruiters with real passion for technical recruitment with actual hands-on experience recruiting for startups on niche skills from top-tier background. You would be required to work with our organization team on development of strategies for effective recruitment followed by executing them.


Mandatory

1. Must be able to understand technical terms frequently used in software development
2. Must be able to identify false positives while shortlisting candidate profiles over various job boards
3. Must be able to research on companies, market, trend for different job roles 
4. Must have good communication abilities (verbal & written)


Preferred
1. Good to have worked on recruitment for data engineering, data science, machine learning, fullstack web development
2. Worked with ambitious fast growing startups
