About the Role

We are looking for Recruiterto join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
The Recruiter utilizes sourcing techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates and build a consistent candidate pool. Pre-screen resumes, screen candidates, and assist in hiring decisions while following established staffing processes consistently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective recruiting strategies and identify creative recruiting methods to source the most qualified candidates
  • Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical (software engineering) positions
  • Evaluates candidate profiles and resumes; represents the company to candidates; completes detailed candidate phone screens, prepares candidate evaluations, and presents candidates to hiring manager.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and interface with all levels of management in order to meet requirement needs
  • Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning "satisfaction level" and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure continued customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers
  • Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Ability to provide a positive experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Passion for building effective and high-performing teams
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization


Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
  • 5+ years experience recruiting for a variety of software engineering roles
  • 5+ years experience working in a fast-paced start up environment


Compensation: $80-90k
