We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across the business. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll partner directly with leaders, shape hiring strategy, and play a key role in scaling teams across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Own the full hiring lifecycle
From intake to offer, you’ll lead recruiting across a variety of roles—both technical and non-technical—ensuring a seamless and high-quality process.

Act as a true talent advisor
Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on strategy, and provide market insights that drive better hiring decisions.

Build strong, diverse pipelines
Use creative sourcing strategies, networking, and outreach to engage top talent before they’re even on the market.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Be the face of our brand—creating thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging experiences from first touch through onboarding.

Leverage data to improve outcomes
Track and analyze metrics like pipeline health and conversion rates to continuously optimize your approach.

Drive process excellence
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, interview quality, and hiring efficiency across the organization.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Technical recruiting experience is highly valued (Engineering, Product, IT, Data)
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality
  • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred), and sourcing strategies
  • Deep understanding of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends

Salary Range

$95,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience
