Terrific opportunity for a highly skilled Recruiter/HR professional to join a top tier award winning personal injury law firm!
The role is an owner of recruiting execution who can also support core HR operations. Ideal for someone that loves building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and enjoys supporting day-to-day HR needs.
What you’ll do:
· Full cycle recruiting for roles across the firm (case management, paralegals, attorneys, intake, ops, admin)
· Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and make quality hires quickly
· Source, screen, interview, and keep candidates engaged with timely communication
· Support offers, approvals, and pre-employment steps
· Track recruiting metrics and report outcomes
· Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
· Deliver smooth onboarding/offboarding, new hire orientation, and employee check-ins
· Assist with HR administration, i.e., employee records, HRIS, forms, compliance, etc
· Contribute to employee communications, engagement efforts, and culture initiatives

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
· 4+ years of recruiting experience, HR generalist experience a plus
· Comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Highly organized and excellent follow through (you don’t drop balls)
· Excellent communication skills – confident, friendly, clear, consistent
· Proficient with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite – Paylocity preferred
· HR operational competence, process improvement, metrics reporting
· Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
· Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
· In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed for Employers, and “out of the box” recruiting efforts
