Recruiter - eCommerce Marketing Agency (Contract)
Position Overview:
UN/COMMON Agency is building a bench of talented recruiters on a contract basis to support our growing recruitment needs. As part of the Recruiter Bench, you will provide flexible recruitment support for various client projects, helping us identify and attract top talent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This contract role is ideal for experienced recruiters who thrive in a flexible, project-based setting and are passionate about connecting exceptional candidates with outstanding opportunities.
Engagement Timeline: May - August 2026
Engagement Structure: Flexible / Open to Proposals
Time Commitment: Expected 15-20hrs per week

We’re building a bench of experienced contract recruiters to support ongoing hiring across several areas:
- Operations & Sales
- Website Development & Technical Roles PRIORITY
- Ecommerce (CRO, Product, Account Management) PRIORITY
- Lifecycle Marketing PRIORITY
- Creative/Design (Email & Web Design)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse positions across client projects.
- Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems (such as Workable) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments to ensure fit with job requirements.
- Provide timely candidate status updates and coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions by sharing market insights, auditing interview process, and providing candidate feedback.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in agency, digital marketing, or technology sectors.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong organizational abilities.
- Contract availability and flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and project demands.
