Position Overview: We are seeking an engaging and tenacious Recruiter for a 6-month contract position, with the potential to transition to a full-time role. In this position, you will work closely with our operations leaders to attract and retain top talent for Clearwater Analytics. You will manage the full cycle recruiting process by proactively sourcing candidates, guiding the interview process, collaborating with hiring managers on open positions, and keeping the business informed on market trends. As a brand ambassador, you will ensure that all candidates receive a world-class experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions focused on our operations team, and other roles on an ad hoc basis.
Evaluate candidates based on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through preliminary calls and meetings.
Build a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates by utilizing effective sourcing strategies.
Support business talent needs by conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to identify specific skills and cultural fit.
Ensure a seamless and effortless candidate experience with meticulous attention to detail.
Represent our employee value proposition externally through social media, networking events, and career fairs.
Monitor and enhance the recruitment process to ensure effectiveness for both hiring managers and candidates.
Provide strategic guidance to leadership on hiring decisions using market knowledge.
Who You Are:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to interviewing and closing. Experience in hiring for accounting or finance-related positions is a plus.
A proven collaborator eager to work with a high-energy team of recruiters and hiring managers.
A successful track record of sourcing candidates independently and engaging passive candidates to build and maintain a pipeline.
Adept at reporting and analytics, with superior presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Familiarity with Workday or other applicant tracking systems.
Strong business acumen and polished communication skills.
