Receiving Associate
The Feed provides athletes with the widest selection of active nutrition and healthy snacks on the market today. We use science, our experience, and advice from athletes to give our customers personalized recommendations for better nutrition. Our e-commerce platform allows customers to learn about nutrition and then build a custom box for one-time or subscription purchase.
We’re looking for a Receiving Associate who can join our team and fill a vital role in warehouse operations.

The position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado office.
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately read, pick, and pack customer orders.
  • Receive, inspect, and put away all incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with entering inventory data and updating purchasing records as assigned.
  • Support purchasing activities such as placing orders, following up with vendors, and monitoring stock levels when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following 5S.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred: Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
  • Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse audits, or purchasing functions.

Schedule:
  • 8am – 430pm Tuesday to Saturday
  • 8am - 430pm Sunday to Thursday

Compensation:
  • $19/hour
