Job Description
The RCM Success Manager II serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth revenue cycle operations and exceptional client experience. This role focuses on managing account performance, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You’ll combine task management skills with critical thinking to deliver accurate results and maintain compliance with financial standards.What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned accounts within the revenue cycle process.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and collections activities promptly.
- Support preparation of reports and financial summaries for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment-related issues and manage expectations.
- Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or managerial role.
- 2–4 years of hands-on Revenue Cycle Management experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze data and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in reconciliation and account accuracy.
