About Passage Health

Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through technology. The diagnosis rate for autism has surged over the past decade to 1 in 31 children. Yet families still face waitlists of up to a year for care, as providers struggle to meet demand with outdated systems and manual workflows.

We're building the platform that powers autism care providers' entire business—from clinical documentation to operations to billing—modernizing how care is delivered and scaling access across a $460B market.

Over the past year, Passage has grown more than 3x year over year, driven by strong customer demand and expanding partnerships across the autism care ecosystem. As we continue to scale, we're focused on building durable foundations across the company, including the systems, processes, and decision-making needed to support long-term growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an RCM Solutions Specialist to support ABA providers through revenue cycle optimization, implementation projects, and day-to-day operational management. This role will work closely with the Billing Solutions Director, account managers, and billing teams to become a subject matter expert in platform functionality, billing workflows, and implementation best practices while ensuring timely completion of operational tasks and successful client outcomes.

This position is designed to expand consulting and implementation capacity, improve operational efficiency and account visibility, and develop additional subject matter expertise to reduce reliance on a single expert resource.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of one year of ABA billing and RCM operational experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to guide clients through process improvements and system adoption initiatives.

What you will bring
  • A minimum of one year of experience in ABA Therapy billing and RCM operations

  • Experience with ABA RCM management or consulting

  • Expertise in using ABA billing software

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements

  • Strong documentation, organizational, and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience working with reporting, account tracking, and operational metrics

  • Familiarity with payer processes, claims management, and denial workflows

What you will be doing
  • Review current client billing and revenue cycle processes to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Support new client onboarding and RCM implementation activities

  • Assist with software configuration, workflow design, and operational setup

  • Participate in client discovery sessions and implementation planning meetings

  • Provide consultative guidance on billing workflows, operational efficiencies, and best practices

  • Monitor operational performance across assigned RCM accounts

  • Track key revenue cycle metrics, account deliverables, and open action items

  • Assist with claim, denial, aging, and payment follow-up coordination

  • Support account managers with client requests and operational reporting

  • Coordinate issue resolution between billing teams, clients, and internal stakeholders

  • Develop expertise in platform functionality, payer workflows, and implementation methodologies

  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, process guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures

  • Conduct client training sessions and support user adoption efforts

  • Identify operational risks, workflow bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities

  • Escalate complex billing, payer, or system issues as appropriate

  • Collaborate with the Billing Solutions Director on complex client initiatives and escalations

Why Passage Health
  • Opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the company and its customers

  • Chance to use your skills to help children with autism

  • Preference for working in a fast-paced environment with exciting challenges

  • Competitive salary and equity compensation

  • Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits
