CelebriOS is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to help deliver dependable software across web, mobile and API-based products. You will develop test plans, identify risks and work directly with engineers to prevent defects from reaching customers.
This role includes both manual testing and test automation.
ResponsibilitiesReview requirements and define acceptance and testing criteria.
Create and execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory tests.
Document defects with reproducible steps and supporting evidence.
Build and maintain automated UI or API tests.
Validate fixes and monitor recurring quality issues.
Participate in release planning and readiness reviews.
Work with developers to improve testability.
Maintain test documentation, environments and data.
Communicate quality risks to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
2+ years of software QA or testing experience.
Experience testing web, mobile or API-based applications.
Knowledge of test design and defect-management practices.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman or browser developer tools.
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Clear written communication.
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or Appium.
Programming experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or Java.
Familiarity with CI/CD systems, SQL and performance testing.
Relevant testing certification (e.g. ISTQB).
