The QA Test Automation Engineer develops and executes automated test scripts using Selenium, documents test results, supports defect resolution, and collaborates on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Preference for candidates located on the U.S. East Coast. Quarterly travel to Waco, Texas is required.
We are seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Engineer to support a large-scale insurance transformation program. Working alongside senior testing leadership, you will help develop automated testing solutions, execute test cases, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality technology outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong test automation capabilities who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to deepen their experience within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and similar automation tools within established testing frameworks.
- Execute manual and automated testing activities, documenting results and supporting defect resolution.
- Support test design, test execution, environment validation, and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with senior QA leadership and project teams to ensure successful delivery of testing objectives.
- Contribute to expanding automation coverage while supporting business-critical manual testing efforts.
Requirements
Basic Qualification:
- +6 years of experience performing software testing and quality assurance activities within enterprise technology environments.
- +6 years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium and comparable automation tools.
- +6 years in automated & manual testing, writing and executing scripts on Selenium, software testing, QA, etc
- Understanding of test design, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience working effectively within small teams and contributing across multiple testing responsibilities.
- Ability to support both automated and manual testing efforts in environments where a blended testing approach is required.

- Experience supporting transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
