We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong focus on integration testing in complex grocery retail environments, specifically involving Blue Yonder (JDA) systems. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and seamless data and workflow integration across core retail systems including merchandising, inventory, demand planning, replenishment, supply chain, and finance. Lead and execute integration test efforts between Blue Yonder, FMS, POS, Data Lakes, and AS400 validating that end-to-end retail operations function as expected from order to shelf to financial reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in grocery retail or consumer goods.
2+ years of hands-on experience testing Blue Yonder (JDA) systems
Strong understanding of grocery retail operations including inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain execution.
Experience validating data pipelines, ETL jobs.
Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of integration testing concepts, including data synchronization, process orchestration, exception handling, and reconciliation.
Proficient in SQL for complex data validation across systems.
Solid understanding of QA best practices in Agile and DevOps environments.
