Manual QA engineer responsible for testing web and mobile booking flows across admin, reservation, website/iFrame, and mobile app. Create and maintain test cases and documentation, perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing, review requirements during grooming, track defects, and collaborate with developers, designers, PMs, and QA to own features end-to-end.
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a long-term and complex luxury vehicle rental project. The product includes several connected areas: Admin Portal, Enterprise/Super Admin Portal, Reservation Portal, Website/iFrame booking flow, and a mobile app for main operational flows.
The QA Engineer will focus on manual testing, test documentation, regression coverage, requirement review during grooming, and close collaboration with developers, designers, PMs, and another QA engineer on the project.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Create, audit, and update test cases and QA documentation.
- Review and test requirements during grooming before development starts.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate key business scenarios such as quotes, block-offs, abandoned carts, multiple quantity orders, and multiple bookings per order.
- Work closely with developers, designers, PMs, and QA to understand functionality and plan testing.
- Take ownership of assigned features from start to finish.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience.
- Experience with manual testing of web applications.
- Experience with mobile application testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and defect lifecycle.
- Ability to work with complex business flows, roles, and permissions.
- English level B2 or higher.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with booking, rental, e-commerce, or payment-related products.
- Experience testing iFrame or embedded web flows.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools in QA work.
